妇消宁泡腾栓最佳处方及质量控制的研究

[摘要] 目的：探索妇消宁泡腾栓制备的最佳基质处方及质量控制标准。方法：以pH值为指标采用正交试验法对妇消宁泡腾栓的处方进行优化；薄层色谱法对制剂中的青黛、黄柏进行定性鉴别。结果：优化处方以0.43 g酒石酸、0.16 g碳酸氢钠、2.00 g药物混合为最佳用量比，与基质S40制栓。结论：制剂稳定,质量控制方法简便、准确。
