祛风巴布剂中青藤碱的含量测定

[摘要] 目的：建立祛风巴布剂中青藤碱含量的测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil-Keystone C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)。流动相为A(甲醇∶乙腈∶二乙胺=18∶14∶0.5)-B(水∶二乙胺=58∶0.6)为40∶60，柱温为25℃，流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为262 nm。结果：青藤碱在2.862×10-2～1.118 mg/ml范围内，浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系。平均回收率为100.90%，RSD=1.23%。三批样品的平均含量为59.726 mg/片。结论：经方法学验证，本测定方法专属性强，精密度、重现性等均较好，可用于祛风巴布剂中青藤碱的含量测定。
