硅钼蓝比色法测定本地产木贼、玉米须中的可溶性硅

     [摘要] 目的：为了测定本地产木贼、玉米须中可溶性硅的含量。方法：利用比色法测定本地产木贼、玉米须可溶性硅的含量。结果：木贼中含有大量硅，高达6 085 μg/g，玉米须含硅也较高，达1 500 μg/g以上。结论：本地木贼、玉米须中含有大量可溶性硅，且因资源丰富、价格低廉、毒性很低、均能利尿而可广泛应用。
