重型颅脑损伤环池变化及临床意义

[摘要] 目的：探讨环池在重型颅脑损伤中的变化及其临床意义。方法：根据178例患者CT扫描变化，分析环池变化与临床疗效的关系。结果：Ⅰ型：环池无变化，26例中死亡2例；Ⅱ型：环池部分变窄，58例中死亡7例；Ⅲ型：环池部分闭塞，50例中死亡18例；Ⅳ型：环池完全闭塞，44例中死亡30例。环池受压减轻组中114例死亡20例，无改变或加重组中64例死亡37例。结论：环池改变对重型颅脑损伤的治疗及预后有重要意义，动态观察环池的变化是必要的，有利于准确施治及正确判断预后。

Change of cisterna ambiens with severe craniocerebral trauma and its clinical significance

[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the change of cisterna ambiens with severe craniocerebral trauma and its clinical significance. Methods：According to the CT finding of 178 cases，the relationship between the change of cisterna ambiens and the clinical results were analyzed. Results：Type Ⅰ：2 cases died in the 26 patients with unchange of cisterna ambiens；TypeⅡ：7 cases died in the 58 patients with part stenosis of cisterna ambiens；Type Ⅲ：18 cases died in the 50 patients with part occlusion of cisterna ambiens；Type Ⅳ：30 cases died in the 44 patients with complete occlusion of cisterna ambiens. 20 died in the 114 patients with decreased compression of cisterna ambiens；37 died in the 64 patients with unchanged or increased compression ......
