倍增差示法测定复方氯霉素酊的含量

[摘要] 目的：建立同时测定复方氯霉素酊中氯霉素和间苯二酚含量的方法。方法：采用倍增差示法，测定波长为274 nm、278 nm。结果：氯霉素和间苯二酚的线性范围分别为4～20 μg/ml(r＝0.999 9)和8～40 μg/ml(r＝0.999 9)，平均回收率分别为99.81%(RSD＝0.31%)和100.3%(RSD＝0.45%)。结论：方法简便，结果准确，可作为该制剂中两种成分的含量测定方法。
