[摘要] 冬凌草甲素(Oridonin)具有明显的抗肿瘤作用，既可以抑制细胞增殖，抑制核转录因子-KB(NF-KB),丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK),表皮生长因子受体等相关信号通路防止肿瘤发生，诱导细胞凋亡，也可以抑制毒性药物损伤自身细胞DNA，增强吞噬细胞吞噬作用等，有望成为一种天然抗癌新药。

    [Abstract] Oridonin posses remarkable anticancer potential.It not only prevents tumorigenesis and induces apoptosis through inhibiting related signaling pathways such as nuclear factor-kB(NF-kB),mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and so on,but also prevents the noxious drug damaging DNA and enhaces phagocytosis of apoptotic.It is likely to be used as an chemopreventive and therapeutic drug in the future.
