排石颗粒的制备及临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的：观察研制的排石颗粒对泌尿系统结石的排除效果。方法：根据中医中药传统理论组方，多年研制排石颗粒，选择临床确诊为泌尿系统结石(肾结石、输尿管结石、膀胱结石、多部位结石)的患者120例，随机平分为三组，每组40例，分别用排石颗粒(观察组)和排石饮液(中药对照组)及友来特(西药对照组)治疗，以《中药新药临床研究指导原则》为标准进行对比观察。结果：观察组治疗泌尿系统结石的总有效率为85.0%，对照组中、西药分别为80.0%和95.0%。排石颗粒比排石饮液稍好(P<0.05)。结论：排石颗粒对泌尿系统结石有排除作用，但没有西药友来特明显(P<0.01)。

The preparation and clinical observation of the Lithagogue Powder

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the removing effect for the stones of the urinary tract of Lithagogue Powder studied and prepared by ourselves. Methods: According to the theoretical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, we studied and prepared the Lithagogue Powder. 120 patients who were confirmed of urinary tract calculi in the kidneys, ureters, bladder or multiple sites were randomly divided into three groups, with 40 patients in each group, the patients in three groups were treated with Lithagogue Powder (observation group), Lithagogue Liquid (TCM control group) and Uralyt-u (western medicine control group) respectively. The comparison and observation were done under the instruction of the Instruction and Principles for the clinical research of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The general effective rate of the observation, TCM control and Western medicine group were 85.0%, 80.0% and 95.0% respectively. The observation group was better than the TCM control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Lithagogue Powder shows removing function for the urinary tract calculi, but not more effective than the Western medicine Uralyt-u (P<0.01).

泌尿系统结石包括肾结石、输尿管结石、膀胱和尿道结石。中医称之为石淋、砂淋。与肾虚、湿热、水少有关。治疗时既要注意排石，又要攻补兼施，方可有效。排石颗粒是我院根据中医验方，即根据上述发病机制由制剂室组方生产的制剂，临床应用治疗泌尿系统结石，取得较好疗效，现报道如下： ......
