[摘要] 目的：探讨胰腺癌早期诊断及治疗的必要性。方法：对33例胰腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：对于出现腹痛、上腹不适、厌食及黄疸等症状的病例，要考虑到胰腺癌的可能，及时诊断和治疗。结论：对于出现上述症状的患者，要考虑到胰腺癌的可能，及时进行有效的辅助检查，是发现早期胰腺癌、改善患者预后的重要措施。

    The clinical research of early diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the necessity of early diagnosis and treatment in pancreatic cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 33 patients with pancreatic cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results: For patients who troubled with pain, abdominal discomfort, anorexia and obstructive jaundice, the possibility of pancreatic cancer should be considered and performed early diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: For patients involved with the above symptoms, the possibility of pancreatic cancer should be considered and efficient examination should be carried out on them.
