硫喷妥钠抗惊厥作用对家兔脑电图δ频段的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:观察硫喷妥钠对惊厥家兔脑电图δ频段的影响。方法:成年家兔16只,雌雄不限,随机分为硫喷妥钠组(SP组)和生理盐水组(NS组),每组8只,在建立惊厥兔模型后,分别耳缘静脉注射硫喷妥钠3 mg/kg、生理盐水1 ml/kg,应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析法,分析惊厥家兔给药前后QPEEG δ频段的变化。结果:静注硫喷妥钠后兔惊厥强直持续期明显缩短,各脑区δ频段功率百分比在1~10 min内显著增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),2 min时达到峰值,10 min后降至基础水平,以额区和左枕区最为明显。结论:硫喷妥钠对士的宁引起的惊厥有显著的拮抗作用,提示δ频段可以作为惊厥时脑电波监测的主要观察指标以及硫喷妥钠抗惊厥时的用量指标。

    Effects of anticonvulsant action of Thiopental on δ-band of QPEEG in rabbits

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of Thiopental on δ-band of QPEEG in convulsant rabbits. Methods: Totally 16 healthy adult rabbits of both sexes were randomly divided into SP group and NS group. The rabbits in SP and NS group were given Thiopental (3 mg/kg) and normal saline (1 ml/kg) respectively by intravenous injection via ear vein after establishing convulsant models by injecting Strychnine into the other ear vein. QPEEG and power spectral analysis were used to analyze the changes of δ-band of QPEEG in convulsant rabbits before and after administering drugs. Results: After injected with Thiopental, the extended period of tetania reduced obviously. The percentage of δ-band power was increased obviously during 1 to 10 min (P<0.05, P<0.01), and reached the peak at 2 min, then it was decreased to a normal level after 10 min. The changes at frontal area and occipital area were most significant. Conclusion: Thiopental shows evident anticonvulsant effect on Strychnine, and the δ-band power changes most significantly, which shows that the percentage of δ-band power might be an effective index for the EEG monitoring and the dosage of Thiopental when convulsion happened.
