[摘要] 目的：探讨p-ERK及Ki-67在喉鳞癌患者中的表达及其相关性。方法：通过免疫组化Elivison法检测65例喉鳞癌组织中p-ERK及Ki-67的表达。结果：p-ERK的阳性表达率为58.46%(38/65)，其阳性表达与临床分期及临床分型有关(P<0.05)，与淋巴转移无关。Ki-67的阳性表达率为64.62%(42/65)，其表达与临床分期及淋巴转移有关(P<0.01)，与临床分型无关。p-ERK与Ki-67在喉鳞癌中的表达呈正相关。结论：p-ERK与Ki-67在喉鳞癌组织中呈高表达，提示其与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关，有望成为基因治疗的新靶点。

Expression and significance of p-ERK and Ki-67 in human LSCC

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the expressions of p-ERK and Ki-67 and the correlation between them in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Methods: The expressions of p-ERK and Ki-67 in 65 patients with LSCC were detected by Elivison immunohistochemical technique. Results: The positive rate of p-ERK expression was 58.46% (38/65). The positive expression of p-ERK was associated with the clinical stage and clinical classification (P<0.05), not with the lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of Ki-67 was 64.62% (42/65), and it had a significant difference in different clinical stages and lymph node metastasis (P<0.01), no significant difference in different clinical classification. The expression of p-ERK had a positive correlation with that of Ki-67 in LSCC. Conclusion: Ki-67 and p-ERK have higher expressions in LSCC, which might play an important role in the development of laryngeal carcinoma. They will be the targets of gene therapy in laryngeal carcinoma.

细胞外信号调节激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase，ERK)是MAPK家族中最早发现也是最重要的亚类之一，磷酸化细胞外信号调节激酶(p-ERK)是其活化形式，在应答生长刺激时具有特征性，是细胞周期相关癌基因。研究表明，p-ERK与多种肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关[1-3]。Ki-67是增殖细胞核抗原，能够反映细胞群体的增殖活性。在维持细胞有丝分裂过程中DNA的高度有序性方面发挥作用。本研究应用免疫组化Elivison方法，检测喉鳞癌(laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma，LSCC)组织中p-ERK及Ki-67的表达，旨在探讨两者的表达与临床病理特征的关系及其相关性。
