[摘要] 目的:观察人参保心片对小鼠应激性反应及大鼠脑缺血低氧保护作用的影响。方法:采用常压耐低氧、抗疲劳游泳和脑缺血低氧实验检测小鼠存活时间,用双侧颈总动脉结扎法分别检测对大鼠实验性脑缺血的影响。结果:人参保心片能显著提高小鼠的抗低氧能力,延长游泳时间,降低脑缺血大鼠的脑指数。结论:人参保心片可提高机体抗应激反应能力,对脑缺血低氧具有保护作用。

Study on the anti-irritability and effects of Renshenbaoxin Tablets against cerebral ischemia and anoxia

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effects of Renshenbaoxin Tablets on anti-irritability in mice and protective action of cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats. Methods: Normal hypoxia tolerance, brain hypoxia and anti-fatigue swimming test were used to measure the survival time and the anti-irritability in mice. The model of cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats was established by ligating bilateral carotid artery, the effects of Renshenbaoxin Tablets on the experimental brain hypoxia and brain capillary vessel permeability were observed. Results: Renshenbaoxin Tablets could obviously enhance the anti-hypoxia ability and prolong the swimming time of mice, decrease brain index and cerebral edema with cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats. Conclusion: Renshenbaoxin Tablets can increase the ability of anti-irritability and has obviously protective effect on cerebral ischemia and anoxia in rats.

人参保心片是主要由人参、甘草、瓜蒌、麦冬等19味中药组成的临床验方,具有降血压、扩张冠脉、增加心肌供血供氧等作用,药性温和、疗效平稳持久、临床用药安全等特点,能有效改善冠心病患者的心肌供血,又避免耗伤正气,适合长期治疗应用,疗效显著。本实验就其抗应激性反应和对脑缺血的保护作用进行实验研究,为临床应用提供药理实验研究依据。
1 材料与方法
1.1 动物
昆明种小鼠,雌雄兼用,体重18~24 g;Wistar大鼠,雌雄兼用,体重200~230 g,均由沈阳医学院实验动物研究中心提供。
1.2 药品
人参保心片(批号060512,沈阳医学院附属二院制剂室提供);银杏叶片(批号060114,贵州信邦药业有限公司产品)。
1.3 实验方法
1.3.1小鼠抗疲劳游泳实验 取健康小鼠50只,雌雄兼用,体重18~24 g,随机分为空白对照组(生理盐水)、银杏叶片已知药对照组、人参保心片组(0.27、0.54、1.08 g/kg),各组连续灌胃(ig)给予不同剂量的药物7 d,第7天末次给药40 min后,分别将小鼠放入水深14 cm的游泳槽内,水浴温度(15±1)℃,记录各鼠入水至下沉停止呼吸时间 ......
