根除治疗幽门螺杆菌感染对小儿缺铁性贫血疗效的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与缺铁性贫血(IDA)的关系以及根除治疗的意义。方法：确诊IDA合并Hp感染患儿56例，随机分为治疗组(28例)和对照组(28例)，分别进行铁剂治疗加抗Hp感染治疗和单纯的铁剂治疗，分析开始治疗6周后、随访1年后的疗效。结果：开始治疗6周后，根除治疗组患儿的血清铁蛋白(SF)水平为(38.14±18.43) g/L，显著高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)；随访1年，原根除治疗组患儿SF水平达到(39.18±15.92) g/L，显著高于原对照组患儿的(22.13±12.94) g/L，Hb、MCV、MCH三项指标也显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01，P<0.05)；治疗过程中均未发现严重副作用。结论：Hp感染与IDA关系密切，根除Hp感染可明显提高IDA的疗效，对Hp阳性的IDA患儿应同时Hp根除治疗。

Influence of radical treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection on iron deficiency anemia in children curative effect

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and the significance of radical treatment. Methods: Confirmed 56 cases of children with IDA merge Hp infection, were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases) and control group(28 cases), respectively to iron therapy plus anti-Hp infection treatment and simple iron treatment, analyzed the efficacy of the fifth week to begin treatment and the first year follow-up. Results: In the fifth week to begin treatment, the radical treatment group of children with serum ferritin (SF) level was (38.14±18.43) g/L,significantly higher than those children in control group (P<0.05),with 1 year follow-up, the SF levels of the radical treatment group children was (39.18±15.92) g/L , significantly higher than the control group (22.13±12.94) g/L, the three indicators of Hb, MCV, MCH were significantly higher, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01 or P<0.05) and the treatment process were not found serious side effects. Conclusion:There is close relationship between Hp infection and IDA, clinical treatment to children with IDA merge Hp infection should be given iron treatment and radical treatment of Hp infection ......
