丹参山楂降脂丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法:将58例高脂血症患者随机分为西药常规治疗组(对照组)28例;丹参山楂降脂丸配合西药常规治疗作为治疗组30例。两组均服药8周,主要观察两组治疗8周末空腹抽血测定TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C为各项指标的变化。结果:丹参山楂降脂丸对高脂血症有明显治疗作用,治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.01,总有效率为83.3%。结论:丹参山楂降脂丸具有健脾益肾、燥湿化痰、活血化瘀、降脂化浊的功效。 临床应用研究证明,其具有改善血脂代谢的作用。
