微创固定系统治疗股骨远端复杂骨折(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨AO微创固定系统(LISS)治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的具体应用方法。方法:对11例股骨远端复杂骨折的患者采用AO LISS进行固定,按AO分型,A3 2例,C1 1例,C2 4例,C3 4例,其中1例为开放性。结果:全部病例均获随访,随访时间为4～12个月,术后切口及伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,骨折全部愈合,平均16.4周,膝关节功能良好。结论:经皮LISS治疗股骨远端复杂骨折疗效满意,是值得推广的一种好方法。
