[摘要] 目的:了解廊坊矿区糖尿病的患病率,并对危险人群进行干预治疗、健康教育,探索糖尿病治疗的有效模式,提高糖尿病患者的治疗达标率,减少医疗开支。方法:选择已确诊的糖尿病患者224例及糖耐量减低患者223例,建立DM防治中心,建立三级预防网,采用量化饮食、运动治疗、合理用药、健康教育和心里疏导,对患者一对一地指导。结果:参加糖尿病健康防治教育、指导的患者,其FBG、PBG、HbAlc均有不同程度的下降,结果有统计学意义,说明教育后可以改善糖代谢紊乱。接受教育的患者血脂紊乱也有所改善,TG、TC的水平、BMI、腰围均有明显下降,健康教育前与健康教育后相比P<0.01。结论:经过5年的实践证明,通过积极开展DM社区综合防治和三级预防工作,可使DM患者治疗达标率明显提高,使上升的DM和IGT患病率得到控制,证明这一预防工作具有极重要的意义。

Analysis on diabetes prevention and control in Langfang mining

[Abstract] Objective: To understand the diabetes prevalence rate in Langfang mining, and intervene in the treatment and health education of risk groups, to explore an effective mode of treatment for diabetes, improve the compliance and reduce the medical expenses. Methods: 224 cases of diabetic patients and 223 cases of patients with impaired glucose tolerance were chosed; DM prevention and control center as well as tertiary prevention network were set up; the quantify diet, exercise therapy, rational drug use, health education were used to patients one-on-one. Results: The FBG, PBG, HbAlc of the patients who take part in the prevention and treatment of diabetes health education, were decreased in varying degrees, the results have statistical significance, it clearly showed that education could improve glucose metabolism disorders. Patients with access to education had also significantly decreased their dyslipidemia, TG, TC level, BMI, waist circumference, and compared to the situation before health education P<0.01. Conclusion: After 5 years of practice, it shows that through actively developing DM community complex prevention and tertiary prevention, the compliance rates of DM patients are significantly improved, the rising prevalence of DM and IGT has also been controlled, it proves that the preventive work has a very important significance ......
