PBL结合情景教学法在心肺复苏教学中的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究以问题为中心的教学方法(PBL)结合情景教学法在心肺复苏教学中的效果。方法:采用随机抽样法将学生分成2组。对照组31名学生在教学中采用传统的教学法,观察组32名学生在教学中采用PBL结合情景教学法,比较2组学生心肺复苏理论考试、技能考核成绩,调查学生对PBL结合情景教学方法的认可程度。结果:观察组与对照组的心肺复苏理论考试成绩分别为(84.2±9.7)分和(78.5±10.1)分(P<0.05),观察组的技能成绩为(86.1±9.5)分,明显大于对照组的(72.5±10.2)分(P<0.01)。96.8%的学生喜欢PBL结合情景教学法。结论:PBL结合情景教学法能够提高学生的学习兴趣,加深知识的理解和记忆,促进实践能力和团队精神的培养,提高处理问题的能力。

    The application of scene teaching method with PBL in teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the effects of Scene teaching method with PBL in teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: 63 students were divided into two groups randomly: the control group (31 students) was taught by traditional teaching method and the experimental group (32 students) was taught by Scene teaching method with PBL.The outcomes of theoretic examination about cardiopulmonary resuscitation,technique examination and teaching effect investigation were analyzed. Results: The theoretic result in experimental group was(84.2±9.7) scores, that of the control group was(78.5±10.1) scores(P<0.05).The technique result experimental group was(86.1±9.5) scores, that of the control group was(72.5±10.2) scores(P<0.01).The Scene teaching method was approved by 96.8% of students. Conclusion:The Scene teaching method with PBL could encourage the study interest of students and improve their comprehending and memory of knowledge, it could culture team spirit and elevate the ability of practice, the ability to deal with problem was improved.

    以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)是近年来国际上受到广泛重视的一种教学模式, 该课程模式是“以教师为引导,以学生为中心”,以“提出问题—建立假设—收集资料—论证假设—总结”五段式教学过程,它强调把学习设置于复杂的、有意义的问题情境中,解决真实问题[1]。情景教学法是根据一定的教学大纲和教学内容,设置一定的情景,以直观、形象、生动的方式,让学生融入到特定的情景中去,加深学生对系统理论的深刻理解和对实际操作的感性认识,设身处地地思考问题,解决问题的教学方法 ......
