奥曲肽治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎疗效分析

[摘要] 目的:对奥曲肽在急性水肿型胰腺炎治疗中的疗效进行评价。方法:对我院2007～2008年25例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者进行分析,其中,17 例应用先缓慢静脉推注奥曲肽100 μg 后,继以每小时25 μg 的速度持续静滴,连用3 d,其余8 例为对照组。结果:治疗组腹痛缓解时间及恢复进食时间均较对照组显著缩短, 两组血淀粉酶及血象恢复时间无显著性差异。结论:奥曲肽治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎有一定的疗效,对于经济条件允许的患者,在治疗中可加用奥曲肽。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Octreotide in acute edematous pancreatitis.
