     [摘要] 髓样细胞触发受体-1是近年发现的一种新型的炎症激发受体,其在严重感染及脓毒症的内在免疫中起着重要作用。髓样细胞触发受体-1既可放大炎症,也是炎症的主要调停者,同时也可作为一种诊疗手段及随访指标。现就髓样细胞触发受体-1在一些疾病中的作用作一综述。

    Role of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells (TREM) 1 in diseases

    [Abstract] Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells (TREM) 1 is an identified molecule that is involved in the inflammatory response recently. TREM-1 plays an important role in the innate immune response related to severe infections and sepsis. TREM-1 can amplify the inflammatory response and is a main mediator of inflammation, and it also can be a diagnosis and treatment and follow-up indicator. In this paper, we review the role of TREM-1 in several diseases.
