     [摘要] 目的:了解药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2008年1月～2009年4月上报的251例ADR报表,按性别、年龄、给药途径、药品品种、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现、ADR程度等进行统计分析。结果:ADR发生率中,50岁以上患者较高,占49.01%;抗感染药物引起的最高,占50.55%。ADR主要临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害,共122例,占48.61%。结论:医院应重视并做好ADR的监测、分析、评价工作,以保证药物治疗安全有效。
