养肾汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的:观察自拟养肾汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将62例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为两组,对照组30例予西医常规治疗,治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上加用养肾汤。治疗8周后比较两组临床疗效和相关生化指标的改善情况。结果:两组临床综合疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;两组在改善血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿蛋白(Upro)、血红蛋白(Hb)和尿红细胞计数(URBC)指标方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:养肾汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎有较好的临床疗效。
