[摘要] 目的:比较老年高血压药物治疗加护理干预与单纯药物治疗的效果。方法:选择 140例原发性老年高血压患者,随机分成2组,观察组用药物治疗加护理干预,对照组进行单纯药物治疗。结果:观察组患者的按医嘱服药情况和健康生活方式采纳情况明显好于对照组;观察组患者的血压控制情况明显好于对照组,两组相比较,差异有显著意义。结论:老年高血压的患者采用药物治疗加护理干预的效果优于单纯药物治疗。
