女贞子多糖的超声波提取工艺研究

[摘要] 目的:女贞子多糖的提取工艺研究。方法:以多糖为评价指标,采用正交试验优化超声波提取工艺,用分光光度法进行测定。结果:选取在功率80%条件下,超声提取25 min,用5倍的溶媒提取1次为最佳工艺条件。结论:超声提取的提取率提高了约1.4倍,超声波的功率对提取率的影响最大,溶媒用量次之。
