[摘要] 目的:评估静滴阿昔洛韦苦参素治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:比较联合静滴阿昔洛韦苦参素注射液治疗扁平疣37例(治疗组)与仅静滴阿昔洛韦治疗扁平疣37例(对照组)的疗效,疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.3%,痊愈率为89.2%;对照组总有效率为81.1%,痊愈率为67.6%;组间差异均有统计学意义,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:静滴阿昔洛韦苦参素治疗扁平疣的有效方法。
