     [摘要] 目的:探讨早期康复护理对颈髓损伤患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2004年1月～2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的颈髓损伤患者42例进行综合早期康复护理,并观察护理效果。结果:本组患者早期康复护理后ASIA评分明显高于护理前,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组患者早期康复护理后Barthel指数、FIM评分明显高于护理前,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组患者肌肉萎缩5例,腹部感染1例,皮肤压疮1例,其他未见明显并发症发生。结论:早期康复护理能有效地促进颈髓损伤患者功能的康复并能改善预后,值得应用。
