LPHP治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎骨折
[摘要] 目的:探讨应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎骨折的疗效。方法:2004年4月～2009年8月我科使用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎骨折51例,患者年龄60～83岁,平均65岁。骨折按Neer分型,2部分骨折18例,3部分骨折27例,4部分骨折6例。结果:51例均获随访,随诊5～24个月,平均14个月,所有患者均获骨性愈合。肩关节功能按Neer疗效评分系统评定,优34例,良13例,可4例,优良率为92.2%。结论:锁定加压钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折疗效满意,是治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折较合适有效的内固定方法。

Application of LPHP in the treatment of communited proximal humeral fractures in elder patients

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effect of LPHP in the treatment of communited proximal humeral fractures in elder patients. Methods: From April 2004 to August 2009 in our department, 51 patients of communited proximal humeral fractures were treated by LPHP, the age of the patients was 60-83 years, with an average of 65 years. According to Neer classification, 18 cases were two-part fracture, 27 cases were three-part fracture and 6 cases were four-part fracture. Results: 51 patients were all followed up for 5-24 months, with an average of 14 months, all fractures occurred bony union. The clinical results were excellent in 34 cases, good in 13 cases and fair in 4 cases according to Neer functional assessment system, the excellent and good rate was 92.2%. Conclusion: LPHP in the treatment of communited proximal humeral fractures in elder patients has satisfactory effect, it is a suitable and effective treatment for the elder patients with communited proximal humeral fractures. ......
