拉米夫定的不良反应分析

[摘要] 目的:探讨拉米夫定在治疗慢性乙型肝炎过程中出现的不良反应。方法:通过对我院2003年1月～2009年5月收治的接受拉米夫定治疗的236例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行不良反应观察,并结合相关研究进行分析。结果:本组236例患者中,1例因交通意外后转院而中断本院治疗,其他患者在治疗1～4年过程中出现不良反应及耐药情况。结论:拉米夫定是一种新型有效的抗病毒药物,患者满意度高。但是用药时应恰当遴选与甄别,严格掌握应用指征,不可盲目滥用。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the course of lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B adverse reactions occur. Methods: In our hospital, we received 236 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients from January 2003 to may 2009, combined with analysis of relevant study. Results: 1 case of patients stoped treated in our hospital for traffic accident, and the other patients occurred adverse reactions and drug resistance.
