血清C反应蛋白检测在胃癌淋巴转移中的临床意义

[摘要] 目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在胃癌淋巴转移中的临床应用价值。方法:用散射比浊法定量测定98例胃癌患者治疗前后血液中CRP的水平,并进行分析。结果:术前CRP阳性患者的淋巴结转移率(68.2%)高于阴性患者(8.2%)(P<0.05);术后血清CRP阳性患者于术后第5天明显增多,而在术后第10天时多数患者血清CRP降至阴性水平。乙组下降至阴性的例数高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论:CRP结合临床可作为胃癌淋巴转移的疗效判断及观察预后的一个良好的指标。
