[摘要] 目的:分析我院门诊处方的中、西药使用情况,评价其合理性。方法:随机抽取我院门诊2009年第2季度的中、西药处方各5 000张,分析临床用药情况。结果:每张西药处方平均药品种数为2.0种,每张处方平均金额为129.91元,抗菌药物、注射剂、药品通用名及不合理处方使用率分别为32.27%、24.42%、97.81%、15.67%。结论:我院门诊中、西药处方的使用基本合理,但有些方面仍需要进一步改进和提高,特别是中、西药用法用量、抗菌药物、注射剂及中成药的使用。
