横向触摸法和纵向触摸法对静脉穿刺成功率影响的比较

[摘要] 目的:探讨横向触摸法和纵向触摸法对准确寻找静脉的影响,提高穿刺成功率。方法:选择500例成年和500例少儿共1 000例门诊注射患者,把成年患者和少儿患者各随机分成观察组和对照组,每组250例。观察组采用横向触摸法,对照组采用纵向触摸法,观察两组静脉穿刺成功率的差异。结果:无论是成年患者还是少儿患者,观察组的穿刺成功率都比对照组高,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用横向触摸法能准确寻找穿刺静脉,提高静脉穿刺成功率。
