[摘要] 目的:探讨早期应用苯巴比妥对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)治疗的影响。方法:将100例HIE新生儿随机分成治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例),治疗组生后即给予苯巴比妥静脉治疗5 d,观察其惊厥、黄疸发生情况,并行精神运动发育商(DQ)评估和伤残率比较,判断疗效。结果:治疗组惊厥、黄疸、DQ评估和伤残率均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:HIE患儿早期应用苯巴比妥疗效满意,值得推广。
