水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗脂肪肝48例疗效观察

[摘要] 目的:观察水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将48例脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,治疗组24例给予口服水飞蓟宾胶囊,对照组24例服用护肝片治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.9%,对照组总有效率为70.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗脂肪肝有良好疗效。
