[摘要] 目的:了解和掌握2007年1月～2009年9月我院肺炎克雷伯杆菌的耐药性变化的趋势,加以分析,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法:采用美国德灵公司的Walk Away 40系统及VITEK 2系统进行细菌鉴定,用K-B法及VITEK 2进行药物敏感性试验,用WHONET 5.3软件分析细菌的耐药性。结果:近3年的时间里肺炎克雷伯杆菌对9种常用抗菌药物的耐药率存在普遍的增高趋势,对其中喹诺酮类抗菌药物的耐药率变化显著。结论:及时有效的细菌鉴定及药物敏感性实验,尽早发现肺炎克雷伯杆菌的院内感染情况,能够为临床提供重要的实验依据。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the change of antimicrobial in klebsiella pneumoniae in the three the peoples' hospital of Dalian from January 2007 to September 2009.
