[摘要] 目的:探讨左氧氟沙星不良反应发生的情况及护理体会。方法:对我院急诊科输液区的2 368例患者使用左氧氟沙星的情况进行观察。结果:其中62例患者出现了不良反应。结论:在使用左氧氟沙星时,掌握适应证,注意观察护理。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the adverse effects of levofloxacin has happened and nursing experience. Methods: The hospital emergency department in 2 368 cases of transfusion zone of levofloxacin in patients with observation of the situation. Results: Among them 62 patients had adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion: In the use of levofloxacin,the control indication,observe care.

左氧氟沙星为第三代喹诺酮类药物,临床中运用十分广泛,其不良反应的报道很多,我院急诊科输液观察室2007年1月~2009年7月间出现左氧氟沙星不良反应62例,现将不良反应分析及护理体会报道如下:
