78例外阴白色病变治疗的临床分析

[摘要] 目的:探讨中药联合激光+维生素B12+竹红菌素治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法:将我院2001～2005年收治的78例外阴白色病变患者随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用激光+维生素B12+竹红菌素局部治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药局部治疗。并根据两组治疗结果进行临床疗效分析。结果:总有效率观察组为100.0%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01);复发率观察组为10.4%,对照组为23.3%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药联合激光+维生素B12+竹红菌素局部外敷治疗外阴白色病变效果显著,值得临床应用。
