[摘要] 目的:了解住院患者对实习护士职业形象的评价,提出护士长管理的策略。方法: 采用自制问卷对2所医院580名住院患者进行问卷调查。结果: 25.2%的患者认为实习护士的服务质量未达到期望的标准。结论:实习护士目前的职业形象与患者的期望还存在差距,需要加强实习护士的培训和管理。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the evaluation of practical nurses on the professional image from in-patients, and put forward head nurses' strategy of management. Methods: A number of 580 in-patients from 2 hospitals were surveyed by self-administrated questionnaires. Results: 25.2% of patients thought that the practice nurses' service qualities didn't meet the standards expected.
