氟尿嘧啶植入剂在乳腺癌术中应用的对比研究(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中局部使用氟尿嘧啶植入剂化疗的安全性。方法:138例乳腺癌改良根治术患者根治使用氟尿嘧啶植入剂与否分为氟尿嘧啶组和对照组,对照组常规治疗,氟尿嘧啶组在胸大肌埋植、在腋窝撒布氟尿嘧啶植入剂,观察植药后对血细胞、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)的影响以及恶心呕吐的发生率、住院天数、植药部位疼痛、局部硬结、腋窝积液、局部溃疡的发生情况。结果:术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂,氟尿嘧啶组与对照组的红细胞和血小板、恶心呕吐、住院天数、植药部位疼痛、腋窝积液、局部溃疡比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。氟尿嘧啶组局部硬结的发生率高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血白细胞计数、ALT和Cr较治疗前有明显升高 但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌根治术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂安全、可靠、方便,是术后局部区域性化疗的有效途径,预防局部复发。

Contrast study on the clinical application of Fluorouracil Implants in patients with breast cancer

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the safety of local chemotherapy with Fluorouracil Implants in breast cancer patients who were modified radical mastectomy. Methods: 138 breast cancer patients with modified radical mastectomy were divided into Fluorouracil group and control group. The control group accepted routine therapy,Fluorouracil Impalnts were implanted in major pectoral muscle and axillary fossa in Fluorouracil group. The counting of blood cell, ALT, Cr, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, hospital day, postoperation pain, local solid nodule, axillary space fluidify, local ulceration were observed. Results: There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the counting of red blood cell and platelet, the incidence of nausea and vomiting, hospital day, postoperation pain, axillary space fluidify of two group. There were significant differences (P<0.05) in the incidence of local solid nodule. White blood cell, ALT and Cr were different before and after operation, but there was no significant difference of two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of Fluorouracil Impalnts in breast cancer patients is safe, effective, convenient, and might become a new promising method to prevent postoperative local recurrence of breast cancer.
