[摘要] 目的:探讨急诊治疗肾绞痛的有效方法。方法:对2000年1月～2010年1月运用B超定位体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)急诊治疗的632例肾绞痛病例进行回顾性分析。结果:所有患者经ESWL术治疗后肾绞痛症状明显缓解或消失,成功率为100%,其中一次成功占98.26%,无严重并发症。结论:B超定位ESWL术具有效果好、方便、费用低等优点,应作为急诊治疗肾绞痛的首选方法。

    Observations on curative effect of emergency treatment of kidney colic by ESWL with B-Ultrasound orientation

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the sffective method on emergency treatment of renal colic. Methods: We retrospectively analysed 632 patient with renal colic urgent treated by ESWL with B-Ultrasound orientation from January 2000 to January 2010. Results: All patients of renal colic were cured. The calculi fragmentation rate was 100%, 98.26% of which being fragmented on the fist treatment session, no serious syndrome occurred. Conclusion: ESWL with B-Ultrasound orientation is the emergency treatment of the first choice for renal colic. It have the advantages like more convenient, better effect and less cost. ......
