[摘要] 目的:探讨宫角妊娠早期诊断方法及早期治疗方法。方法:对于我院经B超及宫腔镜早期确诊的16例未破裂宫角妊娠患者,行宫角切开取胚注药术随访观察。结果:所有患者均保留了生育功能,对于有生育要求的患者可以再次妊娠。结论:B超加宫腔镜是早期诊断宫角妊娠的主要方法;宫角切开取胚注药术,是早期治疗宫角妊娠的一种新方法,值得临床推广。

    Clinical observation of cornual pregnancy cornual incision embryos from injection of 16 cases

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of cornual pregnancy. Methods: 16 patients whichwere diagnosed by the B-ultrasound and hysteroscopic as early unruptured cornual pregnancy, adopted incision angle palace embryo injection in our hospital. Results: All patients were retained reproductive function, fertility requirements for pregnancy patients. Conclusion: B-ultrasound and hysteroscopy are the main method in early diagnosis of cornual pregnancy;angular cut from embryo injection technique is the early treatment of cornual pregnancy, a new method,which is worthy to be popularized. ......
