PCNA和CD44v6在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其相互关系(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究PCNA和 CD44v6在鼻咽癌的表达及其相互关系。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测 23例慢性鼻咽炎、62例鼻咽癌组织(38例伴有淋巴结转移)中PCNA和 CD44v6的表达。结果:62例鼻咽癌组织PCNA和CD44v6阳性表达率分别为69.3%、77.4%,与23例慢性鼻咽炎PCNA、CD44v6阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌转移组和非转移组PCNA的阳性率分别为68.4%、70.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);转移组CD44v6阳性率要高于非转移组,阳性率分别为89.4%、58.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCNA和CD44v6共同阳性表达有39例,共同阴性表达10例,两者表达呈正相关(r=0.436, P<0.01)。结论:PCNA和 CD44v6在鼻咽癌组织中存在高表达,在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用。

    The expression of PCNA and CD44V6 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their relationship

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression of PCNA and CD44v6 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their relationship. Methods: the expression of PCNA and CD44v6 were detected in 23 cases chronic nasopharyngitis and 62 NPCs (38 cases with lymph node metastases) by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive expression rates of PCNA and CD44V6 were 69.3% and 77.4% in 65 NPCs,showing statistical difference from those of 23 cases chronic nasopharyngitis (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of PCNA in metastasis group and non-metastasis group were 68.4%,70.8%, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05); The positive expression rates of CD44v6 in metastasis group and non-metastasis group were 89.4%,58.3%,there was statistical significance (P<0.05). PCNA and CD44V6 were expressed positively in 39 cases,while being expressed negatively in 10 cases, showing positive correlation between them(r=0.436, P<0.01). Conclusion: PCNA and CD44v6 is high expression in NPCs, playing important roles in the occurrence and development of NPC.
