身心健康教育对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨实施身心健康教育对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:将50例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组实施常规治疗护理指导,观察组在此基础上对患者实施身心健康教育,分别在第1次住院后6个月,观察比较两组患者的生存质量状况。结果:身心健康教育干预后,观察组KPS总分、ECOG评分、生存质量总评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示观察组生存质量优于对照组。结论:实施身心健康教育可提高乳腺癌患者的生存质量,确保疾病的治疗效果,具有可行性。

    Influence of physical and mental health education on living quality suffering from breast cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of physical and mental health education on living quality of patients suffering from breast cancer. Methods: 50 cases of patients suffering from breast cancer were divided into the observation group (25 cases) and the control group (25 cases). The control group was conducted with routine instructions of treatment and nursing. While physical and mental health education was given to the patients of the observation group based on routine treatment and nursing. The living quality was observed in two groups respectively on admission and half a year after six months of treatment. Results: After physical and mental health education intervened in the observation group, the KPS, the ECOG and the total scores compared with the control group on statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The living quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Physical and mental health education can improve the living quality of patients suffering from breast cancer to treatment effect of disease and feasible as well.

    目前对乳腺癌多采取手术配合化疗的治疗方法,已取得了显著的治疗效果,5年或以上生存率也越来越高。乳腺癌患者在术后躯体形象的改变、化疗的副作用、疲乏、夫妻情感的变化等给患者带来严重的身心问题。随着医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,肿瘤的治疗思路不再是单纯地追求消灭或缩小肿瘤实体、杀灭癌细胞,而是同时考虑到改善患者的机体及精神状况,提高生存质量。为探讨身心健康教育对乳腺癌患者生存质量的影响,2007年10月~2009年4月,我院对25例乳腺癌患者实施身心健康教育,收到良好的效果,现报道如下:

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    选择2007年10月~2009年4月我院收治的首次住院手术化疗的乳腺癌患者50例,按入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。病例入选标准:已确诊为乳腺癌;未合并有其他慢性疾病;已婚,具有一定的文化程度,愿意参加并能合作完成问卷调查及随访者。50例患者中,年龄(45.69±9.60)岁;文化程度:大专以上学历16例 ......
