两种不同的上游法处理精液对常规体外受精结果的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨使用两种不同的上游法分离的精子对常规体外受精(in-vitro fertilization,IVF)结果的影响。方法:本研究共287个周期,将患者夫妇,女方卵子分为约等的两份,男方精液分为等量的两份,并分别使用两种上游法优选精子,并将分离的精子与相应卵子行常规体外受精操作。观察两组受精卵的受精情况,并将受精卵的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率作分析比较。结果:先离心组完全受精失败14个周期,受精率为72.4%,卵裂率为91.2%,优质胚胎率为52.5%;先上游组完全受精失败12个周期,受精率为75.1%,卵裂率为93.2%,优质胚胎率为53.9%,各对照指标未发现差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:此两种上游方法对于受精结果的影响虽无统计学意义,但结合相关文献报道,先上游法应优于先离心法。

    The results of fertilization with two different sperm swimming-up methods

    [Abstract] Objective: To compare the results of in-vitro fertilization with two different swim-up methods to separate sperm and co-culture with oocytes. Methods: Retrospective analysis 287 cycles receiving IVF treatment in our center from February 2009 to September 2009, sperm collected from patients were divided into two parts, one was separated with swim-up first method, another was separated with centrifuge first method. Then, co-culturing the treated sperm with the matched oocytes. The differences of fertilization results between the two groups were compared. Results: In the centrifuge first group, 14 cycles were fertilization failure, fertilization rate was 72.4%, the cleavage rate was 91.2%, high quality embryo rate was 52.5%. In the swim-up first group, 12 cycles were fertilization failure, fertilization rate was 75.1%, the cleavage rate was 93.2%, high quality embryo rate was 53.9%. All the results in swim-up first group were better than the ones in the centrifuge first group, however, there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: the sperm, which had been separated by the two different swim-up methods, did not effect the in-vitro fertilization results significantly.
