重组人脑利钠肽对急性心肌梗死伴心衰患者的疗效观察

[摘要] 目的：观察重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心肌梗死伴心衰患者的疗效及安全性。方法：我院2008年11月～2010年11月共收治急性心肌梗死伴心衰患者64例，随机分成对照组和治疗组各32例，对照组给予常规利尿、扩血管等治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用重组人脑利钠肽。结果：治疗组与对照组相比，显效率、有效率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)，总有效率差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)；治疗组治疗前后LVDD、LVEF、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP水平均显著改善(均P<0.05)。结论：重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心肌梗死伴心衰效果显著，可以作为临床治疗的常规用药。

The Clinical observation of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide to treat acute myocardial infarction with heart failure

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety City of the recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide to treat the patients who had acute myocardial infarction with heart failure. Methods: We divided 64 cases of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure patients who were treated in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2010 randomly into treatment group and control group, each group had 32 cases. The control group was treated with conventional diuretic and vasodilator therapy, etc. In addition to these treatments, the treatment group was also gived recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significant difference in significant efficiency rate, efficient rate (all P<0.05), there was very significant difference in total effective rate(P<0.01); and before and after the treatments, the level of LVDD, LVEF, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP of the treatment group had a significantly improvement (all P<0.05), with significant differences. Conclusion: The recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide has a great significance in treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure, and it can be used as the conventional drugs in clinical treatments. ......
