灯盏生脉胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的保护作用

     [摘要] 目的:研究灯盏生脉胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和灯盏生脉胶囊组。采用改良的Zea Longa线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型,缺血后24 h灌胃给予灯盏生脉胶囊,于缺血后7、14、21 d分别测定神经功能缺损评分和体重增长率,于缺血后21 d采用TTC法测定脑梗死体积百分比,免疫组织化学法检测脑组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果:与模型组比较,灯盏生脉胶囊组神经功能缺损评分、体重增长率、脑梗死体积百分比及VEGF的表达差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:灯盏生脉胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用,可能与其促进VEGF表达有关。

    Protective effects of Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury of rats

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the protection of Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules on ischemia reperfusion injury of rats. Methods: Rats were divided into 3 groups in random: sham operation group, model group, Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules group. Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was established according to Zea Longa's pattern. Rats were fed with Dengzhan Shengmai by intragastric administration after 24 h of ischemia. The body growth rate and neuroethology function of rats were tested on 7 d,14 d and 21 d. Cerebral infarct volume was determined using TTC coloration. Immunohist-ochemical method was used to detected the expression of VEGF. Results: The neuroethology function, infarct volume and the expression of VEGF of rats were obviously different between Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules treated group and the model group (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Dengzhan Shengmai Capsules plays a protective effects on focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury of rats which may be correlated to the up-regulation of expression of VEGF.
