羟基喜树碱对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖及凋亡的影响(3)

     综上所述,羟基喜树碱可抑制体外培养的人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖,并可能通过Caspase-3途径而诱导细胞凋亡,达到抑制肿瘤细胞生长及增殖的作用。
