     [摘要] 目的：探讨survivin和caspase-3在弥漫大B细胞性淋巴瘤(DLBCL)的表达及意义。方法：用免疫组化SP法检测86例DLBCL中survivin和caspase-3的表达，并用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果：按性别、年龄、分期及LDH高低分组，survivin与caspase-3的高表达差异无统计学意义。按国际预后指数(IPI)分组，从低危到高危，survivin的高表达率分别为35.8%、67.9%、85.2%、88.2%，caspase-3的高表达率分别为78.6%、32.1%、29.6%、17.6%，survivin与caspase-3的高表达差异均有统计学意义(χ2=17.44，P=0.003；χ2=14.12，P=0.003)。按疗效分组，(CR+PR+SD)组与PD组比较，survivin的高表达率分别为66.7%与90.0%，caspase-3的高表达率分别为43.9%与10.0%，survivin与caspase-3的高表达差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.154，P=0.042；χ2=7.669，P=0.006)。结论：survivin和caspase-3可以作为DLBCL的疗效及预后指标。

    The expression and significance of survivin and caspase-3 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of survivin and caspase-3 in the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method were applied to detect the expression of survivin and caspase-3 in 86 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The expression was analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results: The difference of high expression of suvivin and caspase-3 had no statistic significance in group sex, age, stage and LDH. The difference of high expression of suvivin and caspase-3 had statistic significance (χ2=17.44, P=0.003; χ2=14.12, P=0.003) in group IPI, from low-danger to high-danger, the high expression rate of survivin (35.8%, 67.9%, 85.2%, 88.2%), the high expression rate of caspase-3 (78.6%, 32.1%, 29.6%, 17.6%).
