    [摘要] 抗病毒是慢性乙型肝炎治疗的中心，抗炎保肝治疗是重要的补充，在抗病毒治疗开始、过程中都需要抗炎保肝，特别在抗病毒禁忌证、抗病毒继发失败、重型肝炎中，抗炎保肝为主要治疗方法。临床应该合理应用抗炎保肝药物，尽可能发挥其最大作用，以获得综合治疗的最佳效果。

    [Abstract] Chronic hepatitis B antiviral treatment is the center, anti-inflammatory and protect liver treatment is an important supplement, and begining and process of the antiviral treatment all need anti-inflammatory and protect liver treatment, especially in antiviral contraindications, antiviral secondary failure, severe hepatitis, anti-inflammatoryand and protecting liver is used as the main treatment. The clinical application of anti-inflammatory and protect liver drugs should be reasonable, play the biggest effect as well as possible, to get the best comprehensive treatment effect. ......
