七氟烷后处理对大鼠在体心肌抗氧化的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨七氟烷后处理对大鼠在体心肌抗氧化的作用及最佳浓度。方法:将40只健康雄性SD大鼠分为5组,即假手术组(C组)、缺血再灌注组(IP组)、1%、2%、3%七氟烷后处理组(S1、S2、S3组),每组各8只,建立大鼠在体心肌缺血再灌注模型。测定再灌注3 h后血浆MDA、SOD和CK-MB含量和心肌梗死面积。结果:与IP组相比,各S组心肌梗死面积、MDA、CK-MB均显著降低(P<0.05),SOD含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。S1组与S3组各指标间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与S1、S3组相比,S2组心肌梗死面积(28.5±1.35)%、MDA(8.205±2.874) nmol/ml、CK-MB(22.935±2.064) U/L均显著降低(P<0.05),SOD含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:七氟烷后处理可通过调节MDA与SOD的表达,发挥心肌保护作用,且中剂量组(2%七氟烷)效果更明显。

    The effect of sevoflurane postconditioning on antioxidation of rat hearts in vivo

    [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the antioxidation of sevoflurane postconditioning in rat hearts in vivo and the best concentration. Methods: A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, sham operation group (group C), ischemia and reperfusion group (group IP), 1%, 2%, 3% sevoflurane postconditioning group (group S1, group S2, group S3), 8 in every group, the model of rats′ myocardial ischemia reperfusion was established. After being reperfused for 3 h, the blood SOD, MDA, CK-MB and myocardial infarct size were measured. Results: Compared with group IP, expression of myocardial infarct size, MDA, CK-MB in S groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), while the level of SOD was significantly higher (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between group S1 and group S3 (P>0.05). Compared with group S1 and group S3, expression of myocardial infarct size (28.5±1.35)%, MDA (8.205±2.874) nmol/ml, CK-MB (22.935±2.064) U/L in group S2 were significantly lower (P<0.05), while the level of SOD was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: Postconditioning with sevoflurane protects the heart of the rat against ischemia reperfusion injury, and 2% sevoflurane has a better protective effect.
