无针输液接头的压力实验研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:对无针输液接头的压力进行实验,为临床判断与正确选择使用输液接头提供依据。方法:选择4种不同的输液接头,连接4F PICC导管,用10 ml注射器抽吸有色液体注入到导管内,并且至导管的相同长度(24 cm),然后去掉注射器,观察并测量导管内液体平面的变化刻度。结果:第1种输液接头去掉10 ml注射器后,液体平面从24 cm增加到30 cm;第2种接头去掉10 ml注射器后液体平面从24 cm减少到19 cm;第3种接头去掉10 ml注射器后液体平面从24 cm减少到7 cm;第4种接头肝素帽拔出10 ml注射器针头后,液体平面从24 cm减少到22 cm。结论:各品牌的输液接头压力是不同的,正压输液接头,冲管和封管时去掉注射器后液体向导管前端运行,可以预防导管堵塞;而负压的输液接头去掉注射器后,液体倒流向导管接头处回填,会造成血液返流到导管内,不但不能预防堵管还会引发导管堵塞。所以要正确选择和使用无针输液接头。

    Study on pressure of needle free infusion connector

    [Abstract] Objective: To study the pressure of Non-needle infusion connector,and provide the basis for clinical judgment and choosing the right connector. Methods: Choosing 4 different infusion connectors, connected with 4F PICC,injected color liquid into PICC by using 10 ml injector,and reached the same length as the catheter(24 cm), then removed the injector,observed and measured the changing scale of the liquid surface in the catheter. Results: For the 1st connector,after removing the 10 ml injector, the liquid surface increased from 24 cm to 30 cm; for the 2nd connector, after removing the 10 ml injector, the liquid surface decreased from 24 cm to 19 cm; for the 3rd connector; after removing the 10ml injector, the liquid surface decreased from 24 cm to 7 cm; for the 4th connector, the liquid surface decreased from 24 cm to 22 cm. Conclusion: For every different infusion connector from different brand, the pressure is totally different.For the positive pressure infusion connector, the liquid will turn to the front of the catheter after removing the injector during flushing and closing; for the negative pressure infusion connector, the liquid will turn to the connector of the catheter, it will cause blood reflux into the catheter,which shown us it not only will no prevent the blockage of the catheter, but also cause the blockage ......
