[摘要] 目的：探讨TP方案化疗联合后程加速放疗治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法：将120例食管癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组进行常规剂量分割照射，同时行4周期TP方案化疗；观察组进行TP方案化疗联合后程加速放疗。结果：观察组近期总有效率(86.67%)高于对照组(73.33%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组消化道反应、骨髓抑制比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组Ⅰ~Ⅱ级放射性肺炎22例(36.67%)，食管炎37例(61.67%)高于对照组[15例(25.00%)、22例(36.67%)]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；Ⅲ~Ⅳ级放射性肺炎患病人数比较，两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；两组均无治疗相关的死亡病例；观察组l、2、3年生存率为81.67%、53.33%、30.00%高于对照组(66.67%、36.67%、l6.67%)，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论：TP方案化疗联合后程加速放射治疗方法能明显提高中、晚期食管癌患者的近期疗效及远期生存率，值得临床应用。

The efficacy observation of TP scheme chemotherapy combined with late course acceleration radiation in the treatment of esophageal cancer

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of TP scheme chemotherapy combined with late course acceleration radiation in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods: 120 cases of esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 60 cases. Regular doses of segmentation radiation, and at the same time 4 weeks TP scheme chemotherapy were given in the control group. TP scheme chemotherapy combined with late course acceleration radiation were given in the observation group. Results: The total effective rate of observation group (86.67%) was higher than that of control group (73.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Gastrointestinal reaction and inhibit bone marrow of the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05). 22 cases (36.67%) were diagnosed withⅠ-Ⅱ level radioactive pneumonia and 37 cases (61.67%) were diagnosed with esophagitis of observation group, which were higher than those of the control group [15 cases (25 ......
