医院信息系统在传染病疫情管理中的作用(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨医院信息系统(HIS)在传染病疫情报告与监控中的作用。方法：利用医院现有的HIS系统，建立传染病管理信息平台，进行传染病疫情报告、审核、统计、监控等工作，然后将实施前、后1年的传染病管理质量评价指标进行比较分析。结果：2010年传染病疫情管理的工作效率和质量较2009年显著提高，疫情报告、报卡及时性、报告卡片完整性和卡片准确性与信息系统实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：加强医院信息化建设对提高传染病管理水平具有重要意义。

Hospital information systems' role in the management of infectious diseases

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the role of hospital information system (HIS) in infectious disease reporting and monitoring. Methods: Infectious disease management information platform was established by using the hospital's existing HIS system, for infectious disease reporting, auditing, statistics, monitoring, etc. Then the evaluation indexes of the quality management of infectious diseases before and after 1 year were compared and analysed. Results: The efficiency and quality of management of infectious diseases in 2010 was significantly improved by 2009. The differences of cases reported, the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of reports cards were statistically significant compared with the information system before (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is important to strengthen the hospital information technology for improving the management of infectious diseases.

传染病是严重危害人民身心健康的疾病，疫情监测报告管理在传染病防治工作中起着至关重要的作用[1]。如何监控医院传染病的发生，及时、准确地做好传染病的上报工作，是每一个传染病管理者面临的现实问题。随着我院信息化建设的全面推进，我院于2010年1月利用现有的计算机网络建立了医院传染病信息管理系统，系统的建立提高了传染病管理工作效率和质量，优化了工作流程，取得了较好成效，现报道如下：
1 材料与方法
1.1 材料
我院信息系统建设起源于20世纪90年代初，网络建设初期，系统功能主要涉及门诊收费、住院收费。1996年底，医院信息化建设进入网络时代，目前已形成了覆盖全院各个主要部门的信息管理系统(HIS)，收费系统、药品管理、检验系统(LIS)、电子病历系统(EMR)、网上自动化办公系统(OA)等都可以通过统一的平台来实现。2010年1月，为了加强医院传染病疫情的管理，我院依托现有的网络平台，与重庆中联公司、日本NEC公司共同研发了高端数字化医疗平台，传染病管理为其子系统之一。
1.2 方法
在医院信息管理系统里建立了传染病管理子系统，增加了传染病填报、审核、统计、查询、漏报检索等功能，信息化传染病管理流程为：①传染病疫情报告：临床医技人员在医生工作站中填报疫情卡，保存上传至医院预防保健科实现疫情卡的报告 ......
